Tiny Treasures Subscription Agreement

1. Welcome

Welcome to Tiny Treasures, a monthly art, creativity, and wellbeing subscription created by Terina Gillette.

By purchasing a Tiny Treasures subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms explain what you can expect from your subscription and help ensure a wonderful experience for every member of our community.

2. Subscription

Tiny Treasures is an automatically renewing monthly subscription unless canceled by you.

Your subscription includes carefully curated art and creative items inspired by a unique monthly theme.

Because each collection is individually curated, contents will vary from month to month. Photos shown throughout this website are intended as examples only and may not represent the exact contents of future collections.

Subscriptions placed on or before the 15th of each month will receive the following month's collection. Orders placed after the 15th will begin with the subsequent month's shipment. Collections are carefully assembled and mailed promptly each month. Example, in order to receive May’s club orders must be in prior the 15th of the month.

 

 

3. Membership Options

Tiny Treasures currently offers multiple subscription experiences, including but not limited to:

  • Tiny Treasures Mail Box Club
  • Tiny Treasures Faith Based Mail Box Club
  • Tiny Treasures Gallery Collection
  • Limited Edition or Seasonal Collections

Each membership includes different items and pricing as described on the product page at the time of purchase.

4. Billing & Payments

Subscriptions are billed automatically using your selected payment method.

Your subscription will renew each billing cycle until canceled.

If a payment cannot be processed, your subscription may be paused or canceled until payment is successfully received.

Prices may change in the future. Should pricing change, subscribers will be notified in advance before the new pricing takes effect.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the mailing address provided during checkout. Tracking is not provided for snail mail through US postal service

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.

Tiny Treasures is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Replacement shipments for items lost or damaged in transit may be provided at our discretion.

6. Handmade & Curated Items

Each Tiny Treasures collection is thoughtfully assembled by hand.

Because many items are handmade, artist-created, vintage, or sourced in limited quantities:

  • Colors may vary.
  • Materials may vary.
  • Designs may vary.
  • Packaging may vary.

These natural variations are part of the charm and uniqueness of each collection.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next month's collection, cancellations must be received before your next billing date.

Once payment has been processed for a monthly collection, that month's shipment cannot be canceled.

 

8. Refunds

Due to the custom and curated nature of Tiny Treasures, subscription payments are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, illustrations, written content, reflections, and other creative materials remain the intellectual property of Terina Gillette unless otherwise stated.

Artwork and printed materials are intended for personal enjoyment only and may not be reproduced, scanned, distributed, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

10. Wellbeing Disclaimer

Tiny Treasures includes gentle reflective activities, creative prompts, mindfulness exercises, and journaling invitations created by a licensed professional counselor and artist.

These materials are provided solely for educational, inspirational, and personal enrichment purposes.

Tiny Treasures is not therapy, is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, and does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or require professional counseling, please seek assistance from a qualified mental health professional or emergency services in your area.

 

11. Changes to Membership

From time to time, Tiny Treasures may introduce new collections, modify subscription offerings, adjust pricing, or update these Terms.

Any significant changes will be communicated to subscribers whenever reasonably possible.
